3rd Workshop of the 12th International Scientific and practical conference Information Technologies in Energy and Agro-industrial Complex (ITEA-2023) is organized during October 4-6, 2023 in Dublainy, Ukraine (in online and offline modes). The purpose of the workshop ITEA-2023 is to discuss trends in the development and application of modern information technologies in energy and agriculture, the exchange of experience in implementing innovative information technologies that increase the efficiency of resource and energy consumption, use of renewable energy sources, project management, environmental, economic and energy assessment of technologies and technics, design of computer, energy and technical systems in certain industries.
The aim of the ITEA-2023 workshop is to create a basic international platform for presenting research results and strategies discussing current trends, innovative tools, and discussions on the latest developments in information technologies related to energy and agro-industrial complex with attracting of the world best practices. Also, the ITEA-2023 seminar provides development and assistance in information technology research through the exchange of innovative ideas between members of the scientific community and provides opportunities for generating ideas and creative solutions while solving existing problems of digital transformation of the energy and agro-industrial complex.
Scientists, entrepreneurs, and representatives of public associations joined the workshop. Works of applied and theoretical nature aimed at further integration of information technologies into the agro-industrial complex and energy were considered. As part of the seminar, the works that were discussed directly were heard - Modeling and design of modern information systems. 37 papers were submitted to participate in the conference. The Organizing Committee pre-selected 22 papers that were presented and discussed during the ITEA-2023 workshop. After a review of academic integrity and a scientific review, 9 papers were selected for publication. We expect that this seminar will contribute to the further development of information technologies and the digital transformation of the energy and agro-industrial complex and establish connections between the scientific community and enterprises in the agrarian and energy spheres.
