October 1, 2024 – registration and abstract submission deadline - form in EasyChair.
October 2-4, 2024 – conference.
October 10, 2024 – recommendation for manuscript submission.
November 1, 2024 – manuscript submission deadline - form in EasyChair.
December 1, 2024 – manuscript review deadline.
December 10, 2024 – camera-ready manuscript submission deadline.
Requirements for theses
1. Text parameters: font size - 14, font-Times New Roman, 1.0 interval.
2. Page parameters: A4 page size, book spacing, left hand margin of 3 cm, right hand margin of 1 cm, up and down margins of 2 cm.
3. Text language: Ukrainian, English, Polish.
4. Mandatory elements of the publication (total amount - up to 2 pages):
4.1. Title parameters: font size-14, bold, all cursive; 1,0 interval.
4.2. Surname and initials of the author, scientific degree, place of job-font size-14, cursive;1.0 interval.
4.3. Summary and key words in English (no less than 300 symbols, 1.0 interval).
4.4. Presented materials.
4.5. References.
4.6. Graphic material presentation: computer or scanned drawings are presented in the text within the page margins; tables are inserted in the text.
Requirements and deadlines for papers
Papers must be written in English according to the CEUR-WS template. Volume – 6-9 pages. The first page should contain the title of the article, the names and addresses of all authors (including email and ORCID), an abstract (100-150 words) and a list of keywords.
Papers must be submitted electronically (in PDF format) using registration form in EasyChair.
Submissions should describe original research. Papers accepted for presentation at the workshop cannot be presented or have been presented at another meeting with publicly available published proceedings. Papers that are being submitted to other conferences must indicate this on the title page, as it must be stated on papers that contain significant overlap with previously published work.

Review policy
All papers are openly reviewed and tested for academic integrity. Papers are reviewed by members of the scientific committee and invited reviewers.
