About the Conference

The purpose of the conference is to discuss trends in the development and applied use of modern information technologies in energy and the agro-industrial complex (AEC), to exchange experience in implementing innovative information technologies that ensure increased efficiency of resource and energy saving measures, the use of renewable energy sources, project management, ecological, economic and energy assessment of technologies and equipment, and the design of computer, energy, and technical systems in specific industries.

Papers dedicated to the development and application of modern IT in energy and AEC, by the decision of the scientific committee, will be recommended for discussion at the seminar "Information Technologies, Energy and AEC". Workshop materials are planned to be published in a publication indexed in Scopus, DBLP, and Google Scholar databases.

ITEA-2026 Seminar

The VI International Scientific and Practical Conference "Information Technologies, Energy and AEC (ITEA-2026)" will be held on June 2-4, 2026, in Dubliany, Ukraine (online and offline formats).

The aim of the conference is to discuss trends in the development and applied use of modern information technologies in energy and AEC, exchange experience in implementing innovations that improve resource and energy efficiency, the use of renewable energy sources, project management, and evaluation of techniques and technologies by ecological, economic, and energy criteria.

The goal of ITEA-2026 is to create an international platform for presenting research results and discussing strategies, innovative tools, and modern trends in information technologies for the energy and agro-industrial sectors. The conference facilitates the exchange of ideas and creative solutions related to the digital transformation of these industries.

The event involves scientists, entrepreneurs, and representatives of public organizations. Both applied and theoretical works on the integration of IT into AEC and energy will be considered.

We are confident that the ITEA-2026 conference will contribute to the further development of information technologies in energy and AEC and help establish effective interaction between scientists and enterprises in the agricultural and energy sectors.

Conference History

2009

The International Conference "Information Technologies in Energy and AEC" emerged as a transformation of the conference "Resource Saving and Use of Renewable Energy Sources – Priority Direction of AEC Development," which was founded in June 2009 and held regularly at the Faculty of Mechanics and Energy.

2015

In 2015, the conference was renamed "Energy Efficiency, Resource Saving and Use of Renewable Energy Sources" and was dedicated to the 10th anniversary of the Energy Department's founding.

2018

In 2011, 2013, 2016, and 2018, the conference was held jointly with the Commission of Motorization and Energetics in Agriculture of the Lublin Branch of the Polish Academy of Sciences under the name "Energy Biotechnologies."

2021

In 2021, responding to the growing role of IT in the science and practice of Ukraine's energy and agro-industrial sectors, it was decided to rename the conference to "Information Technologies in Energy and AEC (ITEA)."

2024

In 2021, 2022, 2023, and 2024, the first, second, third, and fourth seminars of this international scientific-practical conference were held respectively.
